Please call us during office hours to make appointment. Online booking is also available.
(If you need to get only influenza vaccine via online， you don’t need to fill in all vaccination records. Leave the blanks and press the OK tub)
Fee: 1st shot \4060，2nd shot \3410 ( tax included)
Children who are less than 12yrs old need to get the vaccine twice.

(Walk-in patients are also welcome but waiting time can be more than 30-60 minutes.)
