☆診察のお知らせ
◎3月19日 木曜日は休診となります。
◎2月より、毎週月曜日午後、第2・4土曜日(10:00～13:00)は游医師の診察となり、医師による英語/中国語診察が可能となります。
◎第1・3・5金曜日は終日美容のみ、第2・4金曜日は終日休診となります。

◎On 19th March (Thur), we will not provide medical consultations due to the occations.
3/19 (周四) 休診一天。
◎Starting from this February, Dr YU is able to consult in English/Chinese in the afternoons (14:00～17:00) of every Mondays, along with the 2nd and the 4th Saturdays (10:00～13:00).
自2月起,每周一下午(14:00～17:00)與第二、四個周六(10:00～13:00)將由游醫師診療、中英文皆可。
◎All day on the 1st, 3rd, 5th Fridays, will be avalable only for the aesthetic treatment and the relevant cosmetic courses and the 2nd and 4th Fridays will be all day closed. Please shift your booking for medical consultation to the other days.
第一、三、五個周五全天將專攻美容施術(第二、四個周五全日休診)；如需醫療諮詢服務，請改約其他日期。
美容施術（脱毛、ﾚｰｻﾞｰ、ﾋﾟｰﾘﾝｸﾞ、ﾀﾞｰﾏﾍﾟﾝ、ﾏｯｻｰｼﾞ ﾋﾟｰﾙ、導入、ﾎﾞﾄｯｸｽ、ﾊｲﾄﾞﾗﾌｪｲｼｬﾙなど）や手術、CO2ﾚｰｻﾞｰ、VHO、ﾋﾟｱｽはインターネットでのご予約ができません。お電話もしくは窓口でのみご予約を承ります。
美容施術についてはいくつか注意事項がございますので下記注意事項をご覧下さい。
Notice for Our Medical Services
Please ensure that you wear a mask when you are in our clinic.
Please call us at 03-3486-6601 before visiting our clinic if：
(1) you are suffering from a fever above 37.5,
(2) you cannot book the preferring time shits for consultation, or
(3) you want to reserve the following services:
Aesthetic treatments (e.g. Laser Hair Removal, Whitening Laser, Chemical Peeling、DermaPen４，Massage Peeling, Ionto- and/or Sono-phoresis、Botox Toxin Injection, Hydra Facial), surgery procedures, CO2 Laser, VHO, and piercing cannot be booked via this online system.
All the above-mentioned reservations can only be made by phone or at the counter.
There are some precautions regarding surgical scheduling and cosmetic treatment, please refer to the following PRECAUTIONS.
Cash only except that a credit card can be used only if the charge of the self-fund treatments and goods is more than 5,000 yens.

如果您就診前有下列情況請先來電 03-3486-6601 知會我們：
(1) 發燒超過攝氏37.5度、
(2) 無法在本院線上預約系統上選取希望診療或諮詢的時段、或者是
(3) 想預約下列療程服務:
美容療程 (例如：雷射除毛、美白雷射、藥物去角質、微針筆、按摩煥膚、天鵝絨煥膚、離子或超音波導入、肉毒桿菌注射、水飛梭換膚/海飛秀等)、手術治療、二氧化碳雷射、卷甲矯正、與是穿打耳洞/孔等都是不能以線上預約的項目.
上述項目僅能透過電話預約。
有關預約手術排程或美容療程者，請參見下方的注意事項.
保險範圍的診療只能以現金支付。超過五千日圓的自費療程或購買商品等項目才能以信用卡支付。
保険診療の支払い方法は現金のみです。
自費診療は税込み5,000円以上でカードでのお支払いが可能です。

美容施術および手術に関してのお願い
・交通機関の遅延の場合を除き、15分以上の遅刻は当日施術ができない場合もございます。
コースご契約の方で土曜日にご予約いただいている場合はコース1回分の消化となりますのでご注意ください。
・お肌の状態によっては施術ができない場合や施術内容の変更をご提案することがございます。
・妊娠中、授乳中の方の施術はご遠慮いただいております。
【脱毛をご予約の患者様へ】
・背面を除き脱毛部位の毛をおおよそ1ｍｍ以下になるように剃ってください。
・剃毛をしないと施術ができない状態の場合、1部位￥1,100を剃毛代として頂きます。
・また、予定していたすべての範囲を脱毛できない可能性がございますのでご了承ください。
We'd like to seek the understanding of patients who have made appointments for aesthetic treatment and surgery
Our clinic's rules for people who are late for 15 minutes and above are as below:
* If the reason for being late for 15 minutes and above is not due to the delays in the public transportation system, aesthetic treatment and surgery cannot be performed on the same day and a re-schedule has to be made to another day.
In addition, if the appointment is on Saturday, it will be considered as completed and one session of a multiple course will be deducted.
* Patients who come to the clinic for appointments may be recommended to switch to other forms of treatment after the physician has diagnosed and treated their skin condition on the day of appointment.
＊Please refrain from the cosmetic course(s) or surgical procedures if you are pregant or breastfeeding
【Dear patients who made appointments for permanent hair removal】
* With the exception of the back, please shave hair in permanent hair removal sites to 1 mm and below.
* Treatment cannot be started if hair is not shaved. The shaving fee for each site will be 1,100 yen.
* In addition, some factors may lead to failure to complete permanent hair removal in the planned area. If this occurs, the medical staff will explain to you and seek your permission.
有關美容療程與手術相關配合事項
・除了交通機関的延誤之外、遲到超過15分以上就無法進行當日原定療程。
如果是周六的預約，則將抵扣一次自費療程，請務必理解。
・如經醫師判定預約當日的肌膚狀況不適合進行原定療程時，將建議以其他適當療程替代。
・懷孕或哺乳期者請避免進行美容療程。
【致預約除毛的嘉賓】
・請將預訂除毛範圍(背部除外)的毛剃至一毫米以下。
・如未事先完成剃毛將無法進行原定療程時，將收取剃毛費：每部位1,100日元。
・另請注意：有可能無法完全除去原定範圍的所有毛髮。
自費施術のコース消化の予約に関するお知らせ
当院での美容施術のコースをご契約された方の予約について、コース回数分の予約をお取りすることが可能です。
但し土曜日とキャンペーンの予約に関しては以下の条件でもコースやキャンペーン複数ご購入分消化の対象となります。
●ご連絡なしのキャンセル
●ご予約時間の15分以上の遅刻（交通機関遅延の際は、別日に変更させていただきます）
●ご予約日の7営業日前迄のキャンセルの場合
Notice for the Deduction of Multiple Cosmetic Courses
We'd like to explain how to make an appointment for cosmetic multiple courses sold at our clinic. You can book the number of sessions you have purchased. In the following cases, especially on Saturdays, your multiple cosmetic courses will be deducted.
＊ Absence without notice
＊ Arrival late for 15 minutes and above
(The appointment can be rescheduled if the delay is due to the mass transportation system.)
＊ Cancellations are not made seven business days prior to the reservation date.

以下說明有關預約購買本院所販售多次美容療程的預約方式。您可預約您所購買的療程次數。
如有下列狀況，尤其是周六或特惠活動的預約，將扣銷您所購埋的多次自費療程或特惠活動次數：
＊ 未連絡逕自缺席
＊ 遲到十五分鐘以上
(若因大眾交通公司所造成的延誤，可在約排新的時間，將不會扣銷您所購買的自費療程次數)
＊ 未在預定日的七個營業日前取消預約。
